How we work
Website, SEO, Google Ads, and social media projects follow the same sequence. The steps below bring together the workflow described on our service pages.

First message and free initial assessment
Share a few sentences about your needs by WhatsApp, phone, or email. We review an existing site or inspect a Google Ads account with read-only access; if neither exists, we discuss your industry, audience, and required pages. There is no charge for this meeting.

Written quote and scope
A quote with scope, pricing, and timing is sent the day you explain your needs. For web projects, it lists pages; for monthly services, it specifies monthly tasks, reporting arrangements, and required access. No rankings, cost-per-click, or sales are guaranteed.

Approval and payment
Work begins after the quote is approved. Payments are by bank transfer, EFT, or credit card, with details agreed at the quote stage. Cancellation requests received before the project starts receive a full refund. Other terms are set out on the Distance sales agreement and Delivery and returns policy pages.

Setup or start of work
For websites, WordPress and SSL are installed, the design follows the page plan, and the site is tested separately on phones, tablets, and desktops. The first month of SEO covers an audit, keyword map, and priority technical fixes. Google Ads campaigns launch after conversions are individually tested. For social media, the first month's topics and posting schedule are submitted for approval.

Revisions, launch, and training
Revision requests are collected into one list, applied together, and submitted for final approval. The site launches with SSL, and we demonstrate dashboard updates for copy, images, and pages. E-commerce training also includes adding products, tracking orders, and creating coupons.

Maintenance and reporting
Monthly maintenance is optional; without it, updates and backup monitoring remain the owner's responsibility. SEO tasks and Search Console and GA4 data are shared in a monthly written report, informing the next month's priorities. Google Ads and social media changes are reported, with reporting arrangements specified in the quote.
Who owns the accounts and domain?
The domain and hosting are registered in the commissioning business's name; hosting costs 2,000 TL annually and a .com or .com.tr domain costs 1,000 TL annually. Google Ads accounts use the business's own Google account, retaining historical data. Ownership of Search Console, GA4, and social media accounts also remains with the business; only the permissions needed for the work are granted.
For web design projects
One-page sites start at 12,000 TL, corporate sites at 15,000 TL, and e-commerce sites at 24,000 TL. A standard corporate site with ready copy and images launches in an average of 5–7 business days; late content, multilingual structures, or additional features such as appointments extend this timeframe. Delivery dates for one-page and e-commerce projects are specified separately in the quote. Details are on the web design pricing page.
For SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
SEO, Google Ads management, and social media management start at 9,000 TL per month; final fees depend on scope. When SEO and Google Ads are purchased together, each is quoted separately for its own scope. Ad spend is excluded from management fees and paid directly to Google or Meta from the business's own account. The same team prepares the quote and performs the work.
Messages and calls are answered between 09.00 and 21.00.
