At a glance: For web design projects on the Anadolu Yakası, the Onur Freelance office is on the same side, in Gülsuyu, Maltepe; meetings with businesses in 14 districts from Kadıköy to Şile take place face to face or online without crossing a bridge. Regardless of district, starting prices are 12,000 TL for a single-page website, 15,000 TL for a corporate website and 24,000 TL for an e-commerce website. The preliminary assessment is free, and a proposal is provided the same day.
For a business planning to have a website built on the Anadolu Yakası, the first practical question often concerns something other than design: where, how often and through which channels will meetings with the designer take place? The 14 districts east of the Bosphorus accommodate very different businesses, from coastal shopping streets to industrial estates, from guesthouses on the Black Sea coast to islands reached by ferry. This page brings the district pages together in four groups based on transportation routes and explains how working on the same side affects meetings, visits and delivery.
A price comparison for the entire city, a company selection checklist and a directory of all 39 districts appear on the web design in Istanbul page. The focus here is narrower: choosing the meeting format, explaining services across multiple districts on the website and actual projects completed on this side of the city.

Web design on the Anadolu Yakası. Our office is in Gülsuyu, Maltepe; we meet businesses in fourteen districts from Kadıköy to Şile without crossing a bridge. We organize the fourteen districts on this side into four groups according to transportation routes: the coastal corridor, inland areas, the Bosphorus coast, and the Black Sea and islands. Cafes and boutiques on Bağdat Caddesi, manufacturers in industrial estates, office tower businesses, and tourism businesses in Şile and Adalar. Each has different priorities. The M4 runs from Kadıköy through Gülsuyu to Sabiha Gökçen, and the M5 extends from Üsküdar to Sultanbeyli. Meetings on this side do not involve bridge traffic. Every website includes a fast mobile design, one-tap calling and WhatsApp, SEO foundations and a Maps link. The domain and hosting are registered in the business’s name. Meetings take place by appointment at the Gülsuyu office, at the business’s own premises or online. In Şile and Adalar, the process is mostly online. The process has four steps: introduction, design, content and SEO, and launch. If the content is ready, the website is live within five to seven business days. More than eight years of experience and a team of three. There is no customer representative in between; you speak directly with the person doing the work. A five-out-of-five rating on Google, with two hundred and fifteen reviews. The first step is a short message on WhatsApp. Onur Freelance dot com.
Let us plan the first meeting for your business on the Anadolu Yakası
When the business’s district, its line of work and a link to its current website, if any, are sent through WhatsApp, the preliminary assessment is provided free of charge. The same conversation determines whether the meeting will take place at the office, at the business or online; a written proposal with its scope is delivered the same day.
Our office is on the Anadolu Yakası: What does working on the same side make easier?
The most concrete advantage of working on the same side is how easily face-to-face meetings can be arranged: traveling from the office in Gülsuyu, Maltepe, to a business on this side does not involve bridge or tunnel traffic. Gülsuyu is a neighborhood with an M4 station bearing its name; this line, operating between Kadıköy and Sabiha Gökçen Airport within Pendik’s boundaries, connects most districts on this side together with the coastal Marmaray route and the inland M5 and M8 lines.
In web design projects on the Anadolu Yakası, proximity reduces the time spent on the stages that cause the greatest delays:
- Making decisions after seeing the premises: How the storefront, workshop or production area should be presented on the website, and whether existing photographs are sufficient, are assessed at the business itself.
- Easily arranging a second meeting: When a draft requires a set of revisions, another meeting does not require extensive travel planning.
- A practical handover: The administration panel is explained by editing a sample page on the business’s own computer.
- A familiar point of contact: Even when a question arises months after launch, you speak with the person who built the website.
A face-to-face meeting is not a prerequisite. An online process in which the draft is shared through a link and approvals are obtained in writing operates with the same delivery standard; the business’s schedule and the nature of the work determine the choice.
District pages for the Anadolu Yakası: 14 districts, four groups
Each of the 14 districts on this side has its own web design page; these pages cover the district’s neighborhoods, business landscape and local transportation in detail. In the table, districts are divided into four groups based on the main routes used to reach them from the office. These groups are practical arrangements to simplify meeting planning, rather than official regional divisions.

The coastal corridor: Along Marmaray and the M4 from Kadıköy to Tuzla
The five coastal districts run consecutively along Marmaray and the E-5 (D-100); Maltepe, where the office is located, sits in the western half of this corridor. Retail dominates the western end: one end of Bağdat Caddesi is in Kadıköy’s Kızıltoprak neighborhood and the other in Maltepe’s Cevizli neighborhood, with stores, cafes and boutiques lined up between them. On these businesses’ websites, the first screen is devoted to location, opening hours, photographs and one-tap calling.
As you move east, the visitor’s question changes. In Kartal, the Kartal Oto Sanayi Sitesi in Esentepe and the area around the Anadolu Adalet Sarayı beside the E-5 bring service businesses and professional offices together. Pendik contains Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Teknopark İstanbul in Sanayi Mahallesi. Tuzla is home to Turkey’s largest shipyard district and organized industrial zones such as İstanbul Tuzla OSB, İstanbul Anadolu Yakası OSB, Kimya Sanayicileri OSB and Deri OSB. In this area, the person opening the website is usually a purchasing officer or engineer; product categories, technical documents and an English version when needed take priority over storefront photographs.
For this reason, websites for two businesses just a few stations apart on the same line can have entirely different structures. Because the office is on this corridor, seeing the premises in person is a natural part of the first meeting for coastal projects.
Inland areas: Ümraniye, Ataşehir, Çekmeköy, Sancaktepe and Sultanbeyli
The five inland districts are connected by the M5 metro starting in Üsküdar and the M8 line operating between Bostancı and Parseller. According to Metro İstanbul’s announcement, the final section of the M5 extending to Sultanbeyli has been operating since May 22, 2026. This group has two distinct sides, and website requirements differ accordingly.
The western part stands out for its concentration of offices and industry. Dudullu OSB in Ümraniye encompasses the İMES, DES and KADOSAN industrial estates and MODOKO. İstanbul Finans Merkezi is also located in Ümraniye’s Finanskent Mahallesi. In Ataşehir, office towers and the area around Metropol İstanbul stand out. The eastern part includes Çekmeköy and Sancaktepe, which gained district status in 2008, and their neighbor Sultanbeyli; Çekmeköy also contains the Özyeğin Üniversitesi campus. In these districts, a website for shops and service businesses serving the neighborhood generally functions as a contact card opened on a phone. Common requirements are:
- Manufacturers and suppliers in industrial estates: A product catalog, a quotation form and clear address information showing which industrial estate and which block the company occupies.
- Consultancies or service companies in office towers: A separate page for each service, team and references sections, and a simple structure that builds trust with corporate email.
- Tradespeople, service businesses and courses serving surrounding neighborhoods: A page that opens quickly on a phone, visible call and WhatsApp buttons, and a clear statement of the neighborhoods served.
Meetings in industrial estates usually take place at the business, while meetings for office tower businesses are held online or as a short in-person appointment.
The Bosphorus, Black Sea and islands: Üsküdar, Beykoz, Şile and Adalar
In these four districts, the mode of transportation determines meeting plans: Üsküdar is a hub where rail routes intersect, Beykoz and Şile are mostly reached by road, and Adalar can only be reached by sea. In Üsküdar, the Marmaray station and the first M5 stop meet at the same location; the office towers of Altunizade and the neighborhood shops along the Bosphorus require two different website styles.
In Beykoz, Kavacık, at this side’s end of the FSM Bridge, is an office district with business centers; Polonezköy in the district’s north stands out for its guesthouses, restaurants and weekend visitors. Şile contains the riverside guesthouses of Ağva and workshops weaving Şile cloth, Istanbul’s first geographically indicated product. In Adalar, five of the nine islands are inhabited, and Şehir Hatları operates a route from Maltepe pier to Kınalıada, Burgazada, Heybeliada and Büyükada; reaching the islands from the office does not require crossing to the opposite shore.
For tourism businesses in this group, the website must clearly show seasonal opening hours, the reservation method and directions from the pier or parking area to the premises. For projects in Şile and Adalar, the process is mostly online; if an on-site meeting is needed, the visit is planned before the season begins.
How meetings are planned: At the office, at the business or online
The meeting location is chosen according to whether the work requires seeing the premises. All three options start the same process; only the format of the first meeting differs:
- At the Gülsuyu office: Suitable for work where the page list and copy will be developed at a desk and the premises themselves will not be presented on the website. Meetings take place by appointment between 09:00 and 21:00.
- At the business’s own premises: Preferred when a store, workshop, clinic or production area will be displayed on the website; products, signage and the layout of the premises are viewed on site.
- Online: Suitable for clearly scoped work, distant locations such as Şile and Adalar, or teams with busy schedules; the draft is reviewed through screen sharing and approvals are obtained in writing.
Whichever format is chosen for a web design meeting on the Anadolu Yakası, bringing a few pieces of information shortens the discussion: a list of services or product categories, districts and neighborhoods served, a few example websites you like, the logo file if available, and the name under which the existing domain is registered. If the copy is not ready, the page framework is developed together during the first meeting using this information.
How should a website for a business serving multiple districts be structured?
For a business serving multiple districts, the safest structure is to list service areas clearly on a single page and create separate pages only for districts with genuinely different information. This question frequently arises for businesses visiting customers, such as moving companies, plumbers or air conditioning services.
Google’s spam policies give pages that lead to the same destination and differ only by region or city name as examples under ‘doorway abuse.’ Duplicate pages with only the district name changed tell visitors nothing new and also carry this risk. A separate district page becomes meaningful when there is a branch or warehouse in that district, a district-specific transportation or service condition, or photographs of completed work in that area that can be shown.
A similar principle applies to Maps. The Google Business Profile service area help page asks businesses that do not receive customers at their address to remove that address from their profile and define the areas they serve; up to 20 service areas can be added. All 14 districts of the Anadolu Yakası fit within this limit. The area list on the website is kept consistent with the areas in the profile; profile and Maps work is also planned within the scope of local SEO services.
Let us describe your service districts accurately on your website
When the districts visited and those containing branches or warehouses are provided, the page structure is developed during the free preliminary assessment. Whether a separate district page is actually needed also becomes clear at this stage; the written proposal arrives the same day.
Examples of completed websites from the Anadolu Yakası
Seven web design projects on the Anadolu Yakası belong to businesses in Maltepe, Pendik and Kadıköy, and each illustrates a different website function:
- Kaplan Kebap (Maltepe): A restaurant website with a catering inquiry form, where reservations and orders are taken through different telephone numbers.
- Favorit Nakliyat (Maltepe): A website for a company providing transportation throughout Istanbul, with service pages and district-specific residential moving pages.
- Finans Zone (Maltepe): A corporate website with preliminary analysis and application forms for a company brokering trade credit and surety insurance.
- Varol Lighting (Pendik): A website for an LED lighting manufacturer containing a Turkish and English product catalog, technical tables and a PDF catalog.
- Aeroscent (Pendik): A service website for a corporate scent design company, directing visitors toward a free demonstration request.
- Airpool Havuz (Pendik): A promotional website for a pool construction and maintenance company, with a project gallery and a separate quotation page.
- Başarır Aksoy (Kadıköy, Suadiye): A personal brand website with a property submission form for a real estate consultant working in Kadıköy, Üsküdar and Beykoz.
Project pages do not provide visitor or sales figures. Work in other industries is listed on the references page. Reviews from businesses we have worked with are publicly available on Google Business Profile; the profile has a 5.0 rating from 217 reviews.
Do web design prices on the Anadolu Yakası vary by district?
No, the district does not affect the price; the number of pages, requested modules, language options and how much content is ready determine the amount. A single-page website starts at 12,000 TL; this figure is 15,000 TL for a multipage corporate structure and 24,000 TL for an e-commerce website with a cart and payment step. An itemized breakdown is available on the web design prices page, while an approximate amount based on your requirements can be viewed using the website price calculator.
Every delivered website comes with mobile compatibility, an SSL certificate and basic SEO foundations; the domain and hosting are registered in the business’s name. For those who want to delegate updates and backups, maintenance costs 500–2,000 TL per month and is optional.
Search visibility and advertising are separate monthly services. Monthly SEO work starts at 9,000 TL; Google Ads management, a separate service, also starts at 9,000 TL per month. No discount applies when both are purchased together; advertising spend is paid to Google from the business’s own account. The factors that affect these fees are explained on the SEO prices and Google Ads prices pages.
From the first message to launch: Steps in a project on the Anadolu Yakası
If the copy and visuals for a corporate website are complete, the work is finished in an average of 5–7 business days; for projects adding a cart, online payment or reservations, the schedule is specified separately in the proposal. The process follows this order:
- First message: The district, industry, planned pages and a link to the current website, if any, are shared through WhatsApp or telephone.
- Preliminary assessment and proposal: The assessment is free; the list of work, the fee and the delivery date are shared in writing the same day.
- Choosing the meeting location: An office, business premises or online meeting is agreed according to the group and the nature of the work.
- Domain, hosting and draft: Accounts are opened in the business’s name; a homepage draft is submitted for approval together with its phone view.
- Content placement and testing: Pages are completed; forms, call and WhatsApp buttons, and different screen sizes are checked.
- Launch and administration panel training: The website goes live on the business’s domain; adding content and changing images are practiced together on a sample page.
Late content is the most common cause of a delayed launch date; if the service details, contact information and a few photographs arrive early, the date in the proposal is maintained.

Yes; the office is in Maltepe’s Gülsuyu Mahallesi and meetings take place by appointment. Meetings can be held at the office, at the business’s own premises or online; work takes place between 09:00 and 21:00.
Which districts on the Anadolu Yakası do you serve?
Web design services on the Anadolu Yakası cover all 14 districts on this side: Adalar, Ataşehir, Beykoz, Çekmeköy, Kadıköy, Kartal, Maltepe, Pendik, Sancaktepe, Sultanbeyli, Şile, Tuzla, Ümraniye and Üsküdar. There is a detailed web design page for each district.
Does the district affect the website price on the Anadolu Yakası?
No, the same starting prices apply across all 14 districts on this side: 12,000 TL for a single-page website, 15,000 TL for a corporate website and 24,000 TL for an e-commerce website. The exact amount is established through a written proposal after discussing the scope.
How do you work with a business in Şile or Adalar?
In these districts, the process is mostly online; drafts are shared through links and approvals are obtained in writing. If the premises need to be seen in person, the visit is planned in advance, preferably before the season begins.
Does a business visiting several districts need a separate page for each one?
Not always; clearly listing service areas on a single page is sufficient for most businesses. A separate district page becomes meaningful when there is a branch, warehouse, special service condition or completed work that can be shown in that district.
How many days does it take to launch a corporate website?
An average of 5–7 business days; this period applies to corporate websites whose copy and visuals are ready. For projects including a cart, online payment or reservations, the timeframe is specified separately in the proposal according to scope.
Can a business on the Avrupa Yakası follow the same process?
Yes, the process and starting prices are the same on both sides of the city; meetings with businesses on the Avrupa Yakası also take place face to face or online. The district directory for the entire city is available on the web design in Istanbul page.
Can SEO and Google Ads services be purchased after the website launches?
Yes, both can be added as separate monthly services. Each starts at 9,000 TL per month, and no discount applies when they are purchased together; the budget spent on clicks is not included in these fees and is paid separately to Google.
