This research compiles published website package prices in the market. At Onur Freelance, a one-page website starts from 12,000 TL, a corporate website from 15,000 TL, and an e-commerce website from 24,000 TL; details are available on the web design prices page.

In our website prices 2026 comparison research, we individually examined the pages of 19 Turkish web design companies and freelancers publicly publishing prices on their own websites on October 7, 2026. Among companies offering fixed package prices, entry prices start within ranges of 3,500–15,000 TL for one-page websites (median 8,500 TL), 9,900–50,000 TL for multipage corporate websites (median 19,000 TL), and 25,000–90,000 TL for e-commerce websites (median 31,000 TL). Figures differ in their VAT positions, included hosting and domain names, page counts, and support periods; the tables are a sourced compilation of published data rather than a ranking.

Onur Freelance is also a studio providing services in this market. We added our own prices as separate rows in the tables but excluded them from median and range calculations. We have no business partnerships with the listed companies; each figure was taken as stated on the company’s own page, with a source link added to every row. No quality assessment was made for any company.

Website prices 2026: Key findings

Among companies publicly publishing prices, the widest difference appears in corporate websites: entry packages start between 9,900 TL and 50,000 TL, while the highest tier reaches 159,000 TL. The ranges below are simply the lowest, middle, and highest values in the data we collected; they are not claimed to represent the entire market.

E-commerce, entry package6 companies25,000 TL31,000 TL90,000 TL

The calculation was performed as follows. Corporate entry prices in ascending order are 9,900, 10,000, 12,499, 14,000, 18,000, 19,000, 19,999, 22,000, 28,000, 30,000, and 50,000 TL; the middle of these eleven values is the 6th value, 19,000 TL. One-page entry prices are 3,500, 4,900, 8,000, 9,000, 9,000, and 15,000 TL; since there are six values, the median is 8,500 TL, the average of 8,000 and 9,000. E-commerce entry prices are 25,000, 25,000, 30,000, 32,000, 45,000, and 90,000 TL; the median is 31,000 TL, the average of 30,000 and 32,000. When the 27 corporate package tiers are ranked, the 14th value is 28,000 TL.

Other notable points in the data:

  • VAT: Of the 14 companies publishing fixed prices, 8 state that prices exclude VAT and 1 that prices include VAT; 5 company pages have no VAT note.
  • Promotional prices: 3 companies display discounted prices alongside crossed-out list prices.
  • Hosting and domain names: 6 companies state that first-year hosting and domain names are included in the package; 2 exclude these items, and 1 provides them for a separate annual fee.
  • Pricing model: Of the 19 companies, 13 publish one-time fixed prices, 1 an annual subscription, 4 price ranges, and 1 module-based pricing.

Which companies were included, and which were excluded?

Only companies serving Turkey and publishing prices in TL for their own packages on their websites were included. Pages providing general information such as “corporate websites in the market fall within this range” were excluded from the tables because these were not the companies’ own prices.

Candidate pages were found through search engine queries and by reviewing pages cited in AI searches; no CAPTCHA barriers were encountered during the searches. Each page was downloaded on October 7, 2026, and prices were checked directly against its text. Exclusions were as follows:

  • Pages publishing only general market averages without fixed package prices of their own
  • 2 companies publishing prices in US dollars (one based abroad)
  • Pages returning 404 errors or with unreadable content at the time of checking

A marketplace figure was also noted for context: the service marketplace Armutshows an average price range of 3,500 TL – 111,110 TL for website development. Since this is not a company’s price, it was excluded from the statistics.

One-page website and landing page prices

A one-page website brings introduction, service, and contact sections together on a single scrolling page. Published entry prices in this group range from 3,500 TL to 15,000 TL; differences mostly arise from items such as section structure, forms, measurement setup, and suitability for advertising campaigns.

Some prices in this group are a single figure, while others are “starting from” prices. Each company’s lowest one-page price was used for the median. UstaCore’s separately published 4,500 TL personal website package was excluded from this calculation because it is not a landing page.

How much does a corporate website cost in 2026? Published packages

In 2026, corporate websites start with entry packages between 9,900 TL and 50,000 TL at eleven companies publicly publishing their prices. Within the same company, higher tiers increase the page count, level of design customization, revision allowance, and support period.

Entry package page counts vary between 5 and 12, and some companies include ready-made theme adaptation while others include custom design in their entry packages. The 19,000 TL median therefore does not mean “this is what a corporate website costs”; it is simply the middle value of these eleven companies’ lowest corporate packages.

E-commerce: Agency packages and ready-made platform licenses

Two different payment models stand side by side for e-commerce: paying an agency a one-time setup fee or paying an annual license fee for a ready-made e-commerce platform. Since these figures do not measure the same thing, they are presented in separate tables.

Annual license prices of ready-made e-commerce platforms

With ready-made infrastructure, the website is set up on the platform and the license is renewed annually. The promotional prices visible on the package pages of three major platforms on October 7, 2026 were as follows:

PlatformPackageList price (annual)Displayed price (annual)VAT / note
ikasStart / Lift / Scale— / 79,896 TL / 119,976 TL0 TL / 55,927 TL / 83,983 TLStart free, with a 3.99% virtual POS rate; no VAT note found in the page text

IdeaSoftStarter / Booster / Master— / 116,500 TL / —39,900 TL / 69,900 TL / 129,900 TL“Prices include VAT”

Promotional license prices may apply only to the initial period; the renewal price should be requested in writing before purchasing. While ready-made platforms require annual license payments, agency setup adds annual hosting, domain, and maintenance expenses to the one-time fee; the correct way to compare the two models is to put three-year totals side by side. Virtual POS commissions are paid separately as sales occur in both models.

Reading the figures correctly: VAT, subscriptions, ranges, and promotions

Before comparing two published figures, check four things: whether VAT is included, whether payment is one-time or annual, whether the figure is a fixed price or a range, and whether the discount is time-limited.

VAT included or excluded?

Prices in this research were not standardized for VAT; each figure was used as stated on the page. Longway Media’s page specifies a 20% VAT rate; at this rate, a package published as 10,000 TL + VAT has a payable amount of 12,000 TL. For prices without VAT notes, the position should be requested from the company in writing. Confirming invoicing and treatment of VAT as an expense with an accountant is recommended.

Subscription, range, and module-based pricing

  • Annual subscription: Zunapro publishes its Starter package at 5,900 TL, Corporate at 15,900 TL, and Premium at 25,900 TL, each annually and including VAT; hosting, SSL, maintenance, and support are included.
  • One-time + annual fee: UstaCore lists a separate annual fee for management, hosting, and domain in addition to setup charges.
  • Price ranges: Mudiweb publishes 3,000 – 7,000 / 7,000 – 15,000 / 15,000 – 50,000 TL; Siteyapımı lists 15,000 – 19,500 TL for Corporate Starter and 25,000 – 32,500 TL for E-Commerce Starter; Protan lists 35,000 – 55,000 TL for Basic Corporate (excluding VAT, 3-5 pages); Eladesign publishes 22,000 – 25,000 TL for a basic website and 6,000 TL + VAT for second-year renewal.
  • Module-based: net.com.tr gives a base website price of 6,391 TL and prices each module separately (for example, the Projects module at 8,464 TL and References module at 3,597 TL); the total depends on the selected modules.

“Starting from” prices and promotions

The phrase “starting from” describes the narrowest scope of the package; the exact amount emerges once the scope is established. When a discounted price was shown alongside a crossed-out list price, the tables used the discounted figure and recorded the list price in the note column. Since promotions may be time-limited, the quote date should be noted.

Let us prepare an exact quote for the same scope

Page count, content, hosting, and domain items are listed individually in the quote. Hosting costs 2,000 TL annually, and the domain costs 1,000 TL annually; accounts are opened in the business’s name. To see a rough budget, the website price calculator tool can be used.

Items determining website prices

In the package descriptions examined, the items affecting prices are largely shared: page count, design approach, infrastructure choice, functions and integrations, number of languages, revision allowance, support, and delivery time. Differences between tiers mostly concern the quantities of these items.

Page count and content

Package definitions range from 5 to 60 pages. Each new page means time for design, content entry, and testing. Who prepares the text and photographs also affects the price; UstaCore explicitly lists copywriting and translation among exclusions.

Ready-made themes, custom design, and infrastructure choice

While Ruber Media’s Ready-Made package is described as “ready-made theme adaptation,” Paradoks Yazılım’s Pro package states “fully custom design and custom coding.” Websites built on a ready-made content management system (such as WordPress) generally have lower starting costs; custom-coded websites require more design and development time. The chosen approach also determines who will perform updates in subsequent years and how.

Functions, integrations, and languages

Payment infrastructure, shipping, marketplace connections, reservations, quote forms, and CRM integrations are separate tasks. In Taka Bilişim’s table, a foreign language and Google Analytics setup are excluded from the entry package but included in higher tiers; at Webtasarimji, Trendyol integration appears only in the Pro e-commerce package.

Revisions, support, and delivery time

Taka Bilişim lists revision allowances of 2, 12, and 30 by package; free support is 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year at Mars Creative, and 7, 30, and 60 days at Harun Erçoban. Delivery starts at approximately 2 business days at WEBTASARIM34, while it ranges from 10–30 business days at Longway Media. Some infrastructure costs are denominated in foreign currency: Prix Studio states that monthly infrastructure and server costs of $10-$50 are added depending on resource use.

Which items matter and why in corporate projects is discussed separately in the corporate web design prices and selection criteria article.

Annual total cost of ownership and hidden expenses

The actual cost of a website is the setup fee plus expenses recurring each year. Hosting and domain names included in the first-year package are paid separately from the second year onward; quotes should therefore be compared using totals for at least three years.

Annual expenses published by companies

CompanyPublished annual expenseScope
UstaCore2,500 / 4,500 / 7,500 TL annually (landing / corporate / e-commerce)Management, hosting, domain; 4 update requests per month; excluding VAT

Onur FreelanceHosting 2,000 TL and domain 1,000 TL; together 3,000 TL annuallyOptional maintenance 500–2,000 TL per month; accounts in the business’s name

How is the three-year cost calculated?

The formula is simple: setup fee + (annual hosting + domain + maintenance) × number of years + one-time extras (licenses, content, data migration). An example using our own prices: a corporate website starting from 15,000 TL, with annual hosting and domain expenses of 3,000 TL over three years, totals 24,000 TL; adding the most limited maintenance at 500 TL per month brings the three-year total to 42,000 TL. The same calculation applies to ready-made platform licenses; ask separately whether the promotional license price changes at renewal.

Expenses frequently omitted from quotes

  • Paid theme, plugin, font, and stock image licenses; some renew annually
  • Virtual POS and payment commissions, shipping and marketplace connection fees
  • Copywriting, translation, product photography, and product entry
  • Content and data migration from the old website
  • Preparing legal texts such as the KVKK (Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice and cookie consent
  • Corporate email mailboxes, with additional charges when package limits are exceeded
  • Changes after the package’s revision allowance is exhausted

An itemized annual calculation appears in the annual website cost article, while hosting options appear on the hosting prices page.

The same price, different scope: Comparing package scope

Two similar prices can describe very different scopes. The table below puts the published scope of entry packages side by side; a dash (—) means that information could not be found on the page.

Example: while two entry packages around 10,000 TL include first-year hosting and domain, an 18,000 TL package may exclude them. Excluded items must be added when comparing first-year totals. To compare quotes on the same basis, the following questions are answered separately for each quote:

  1. Does the price include or exclude VAT?
  2. How many pages will be designed, and is adding pages later chargeable?
  3. Is the design a ready-made theme adaptation or custom design?
  4. Are hosting, domain, and SSL included; if so, for how many years, and what is the renewal cost?
  5. Will the domain and hosting accounts be opened in the business’s name?
  6. Will website files and administration panel credentials be provided at handover?
  7. Who will prepare the text, visuals, and product entries?
  8. How many revisions are allowed, and how long does free support last?
  9. How many corporate email addresses are included, and what is the mailbox size?
  10. Are the KVKK privacy notice and cookie consent within scope?
  11. Is payment staged or entirely in advance?
  12. Are the delivery date and page list documented in writing?

What should you ask when requesting quotes from companies without public prices?

Companies that do not publish prices are also a significant part of the market, and declining to quote before clarifying scope is not a negative sign in itself. In this case, the way to obtain comparable quotes is to send every company the same requirements list and request an itemized response.

Information to prepare before requesting a quote

  • The website’s purpose: introduction, quote collection, appointments, or online sales
  • A list of required pages and approximate product count
  • 2–3 example websites you like and features you do not want
  • Whether text and visuals are ready
  • Number of languages, required integrations, and target launch date

Lines that should appear in the quote document

Setup fee, VAT position, page list, revision count, delivery schedule, payment stages, annual hosting and domain fees and whose name the accounts will be in, support period, and maintenance fees after support ends should appear on separate lines. With at least three quotes based on the same requirements list, differences can be read from the individual lines rather than just the price.

Freelancers, agencies, and ready-made platforms: Differences in price structure

In the research data, freelancer and agency prices fall within the same ranges; scope, rather than the title, determines the difference. The structural difference concerns the contact person: with a freelancer, the person discussing the work is the person doing it; at an agency, the work is distributed within a team. With ready-made platforms, payment shifts from setup to annual licensing. Onur Freelance is also a freelance studio operating from a single center. Which information to provide when preparing a quote is explained step by step in the website price quote guide.

Method, limitations, and update note

This web design price research is limited to prices published on companies’ own websites on October 7, 2026. Pages were downloaded, and figures reproduced directly from their text; no estimates or rounding were used. Figures in other compilations were used only when they could be verified again on the source page.

The comparison framework was taken from legislation. Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers provides in Article 61 that comparative advertising of competing services meeting the same need is permitted and that advertisers must prove the accuracy of their claims. The Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices also requires in Article 8 that comparisons be objective and based on verifiable features, including price. For this reason, the tables contain only figures with traceable sources, and no company is described as “the cheapest” or “the best.”

Data limitations are as follows:

  • Data date: Prices and promotions change frequently; the tables show the position on October 7, 2026.
  • VAT differences: Figures were not standardized for VAT.
  • Scope differences: Packages with the same name include different page counts and services.
  • Coverage: The list is not comprehensive; companies without published prices are excluded from the data.
  • Small sample: The one-page and e-commerce medians are each based on six companies.
  • Outside scope: Macroeconomic data such as inflation and exchange rates were not used in this compilation; annual changes can be measured with the same companies only at the next update.

Update note: This research was compiled in October 2026 and is updated every 3 months. If a listed company reports a price change, the source page is checked again and the table corrected.

Frequently asked questions

According to October 7, 2026 data from companies publicly publishing prices, entry prices range from 3,500–15,000 TL for one-page websites (median 8,500 TL), 9,900–50,000 TL for corporate websites (median 19,000 TL), and 25,000–90,000 TL for e-commerce websites (median 31,000 TL). Figures differ in VAT and scope.

At eleven companies publishing corporate package prices, entry packages start between 9,900 TL and 50,000 TL, with a median of 19,000 TL. When all 27 package tiers are ranked, the median is 28,000 TL and the highest tier is 159,000 TL. Page counts in entry packages vary between 5 and 12.

At six companies publishing one-page or landing page prices, the lowest prices are 3,500, 4,900, 8,000, 9,000, 9,000, and 15,000 TL; the median is 8,500 TL. Some are single prices, others starting prices, and one company also lists an annual management fee.

The two models have different payment structures. Agency package entry prices are one-time amounts between 25,000–90,000 TL; ready-made platforms require annual licenses, for example IdeaSoft Starter at 39,900 TL (including VAT) and Ticimax Advantage at a promotional 46,000 TL annually. A proper comparison uses the three-year total cost.

It varies by company. Of 14 companies publishing fixed prices, 8 state that VAT is excluded and 1 that VAT is included; 5 have no VAT note. Where no note exists, ask in writing whether VAT is included; confirming invoicing matters with an accountant is recommended.

Hosting, domain, any paid licenses, and maintenance recur annually. In published examples, annual expenses range from 2,500–7,500 TL at one company and 6,000–18,000 TL + VAT at another. At Onur Freelance, hosting is 2,000 TL annually, the domain 1,000 TL annually, and optional maintenance 500–2,000 TL monthly.

Send the same requirements list to every company and request separate lines for the setup fee, VAT position, page list, revision count, delivery schedule, payment stages, annual hosting and domain fees and whose name the accounts will be in, support period, and subsequent maintenance fee.

At Onur Freelance, a one-page website starts from 12,000 TL, a corporate website from 15,000 TL, and an e-commerce website from 24,000 TL. Optional maintenance is 500–2,000 TL per month, hosting 2,000 TL per year, and the domain 1,000 TL per year. These prices were excluded from median and range calculations in the research.
