About us: web design and digital marketing from Maltepe

Onur Freelance is a web design and digital marketing studio founded by web designer Onur Ertem, operating from an office in Gülsuyu, Maltepe, Istanbul. The founder has over 8 years of experience in this field. Two digital marketing specialists, Neslihan Yiğit and Ömer Sarısoy, work alongside him. As a three-person team, we discuss projects directly with the people doing the work, without an account representative in between.

The studio builds and maintains a business’s online presence from start to finish: corporate websites, WooCommerce stores, WordPress maintenance and repairs, search engine optimization, Google Ads and Meta ads, and social media account management. Graphic design work such as logos, corporate identity, and print is not provided; websites use existing business logos and colors. Although based in Maltepe, the studio serves businesses on both sides of Istanbul through scheduled office or online meetings. Projects outside Istanbul and abroad are handled remotely, with meetings, approvals, and delivery taking place online.

What areas does Onur Freelance work in?

Our work falls into three main areas: building websites, making sites discoverable, and developing a brand’s visual language. With these three areas under one roof, search infrastructure and ad measurement are planned alongside the website design. This avoids rebuilding pages for advertising or SEO after launch.

• Google Ads management: setup, monitoring, and reporting for Google search campaigns.
• Meta ad management: targeting and creative planning for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Social media management: content calendars, post designs, and account organization.

Most sites are built on WordPress, the widely used open-source content management system. This lets businesses update content through their own dashboard and work with another developer in the future; the system does not lock them into a single provider.

How we work

Each project follows the same five steps. A consistent process helps businesses know what to expect at each stage.

1. Initial assessment: We discuss your needs by WhatsApp, phone, or a scheduled meeting and review your current site if available. This step is free.
2. Same-day quote: The scope, package, and schedule are shared in writing the same day.
3. Setup and design: The domain and hosting account are registered in your business’s name from the outset, and the design is built on that foundation.
4. Review and launch: Mobile appearance, SSL, and basic SEO settings are checked, and the site launches after approval.
5. Training and support: Admin panel training is provided; businesses can choose to continue with monthly maintenance support.

With copy and images supplied, a typical corporate site takes an average of 5–7 business days to build. For e-commerce stores and sites with custom features, the timeframe is stated separately in the quote once the scope is clear. Post-launch maintenance is optional, costing 500–2,000 TL per month depending on site size and update frequency. Even without maintenance, the business can continue managing its site through its own dashboard because training is included in delivery.

What is clear when working with Onur Freelance?

Pricing, timing, and site ownership are often the least clear aspects of choosing a web design company. Each item below can be checked during the quote stage or initial meeting:

• A physical office in Maltepe: Meetings can be arranged at the Gülsuyu office; the business is more than a phone number.
