ARTICLE 1 – Parties

ARTICLE 2 – Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the Seller’s services to the Buyer under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It covers the rights and obligations relating to the Buyer’s purchase of the Seller’s digital services.

ARTICLE 4 – Delivery and refund terms
The Seller completes the digital services ordered by the Buyer within the period specified in the agreement and delivers them digitally. Delivery time may vary depending on project scope and the Buyer’s approval. No refund is issued after service completion. However, if cancellation is requested before delivery, charges reflect the proportion of work performed.
ARTICLE 5 – Right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of the services, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal only before delivery. This right does not apply after service completion. To exercise it, the Buyer must send a written cancellation request to info@onurfreelance.com .
ARTICLE 6 – General provisions
By approving this agreement electronically, the Buyer is deemed to accept its terms. The Buyer must pay the service fee in full. If force majeure prevents timely delivery, the Seller will notify the Buyer immediately.
ARTICLE 7 – Jurisdiction
Consumer Courts and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
ARTICLE 8 – Entry into force
This agreement takes effect between the parties when the Buyer electronically confirms having read, understood, and accepted all its provisions.
